Building on key discussions from the governance workshop at the Cerise+SPTF annual meeting in Manila (June 2024), the session will address: - The critical role of governance in embedding CP practices, beyond just procedures - The importance of planning for responsible exits to safeguard clients’ interests. - Practical tools and global standards that support the identification, analysis, and mitigation of risks related to CP. With concrete examples and insights from industry leaders, this session will provide actionable guidance for shareholders, board members, and investors on how to incorporate CP into governance discussions.
