Cerise+SPTF and CGAP, with their partners, propose to share key findings from recent projects and research on outcomes management, and to present concrete examples from FSPs and investors. From these positive and innovative experiences, we will discuss:

• How to push for better alignment of practices among FSP, investors, regulators
• How to ensure outcomes management help for decision-making within the organizations
• How different methods can be used depending on when, why, how outcomes management is necessary.

This panel session will draw from CGAP research on Outcomes Management, Cerise+SPTF direct support to investors and FSPs, and work done with the e-MFP Sustainable Outcomes Management Action Group on outcomes measurement and methods. The learning outcomes will focus on how to work, concretely, on outcomes management for the different stakeholders involved, based on concrete and positive experiences.
