Annelotte Jens is a committed finance professional in the Private Equity Department focused on financial institutions investments at FMO (Dutch Development Bank), bringing expertise from her experience in banking regulation at the Dutch Central Bank and a master’s degree from Johns Hopkins University. Profoundly moved by the 2015 refugee influx in Europe, she interned with the UNHCR, where her commitment to advancing refugee financing took shape. Driven by a vision to make financial systems accessible to all, Annelotte is passionate about creating opportunities for refugees to become bankable. At FMO, she pushed this agenda in order to find inclusive finance solutions that empower displaced communities to build sustainable futures.
