Senior Operations Officer at the IFC-UNHCR Joint Initiative with more than 25 years of global experience on issues related to financial inclusion, and provision of financial services to unserved and underserved segments, such as forcibly displaced people, micro entrepreneurs, SMEs, women & LGBTQ+, rural and low-income populations. He has more than 17 years of experience working at IFC providing advisory services to financial institutions in topics as financial inclusion, digital financial services, SME finance, responsible finance, credit risk management and microfinance transformation, among other topics. His work experience includes regions as Latin America & the Caribbean, Europe, East Asia and the Pacific, and Sub-Saharan Africa. He holds a bachelor’s degree in economics and master’s degree in international development from Bristol University.
