Bobbi Gray, Senior Research Director, has over twenty years of international development experience including the coordination of research, evaluation and monitoring activities for Grameen Foundation programs across Latin America, Southeast Asia, and Africa. Much of Ms. Gray’s recent work has focused on the development of Grameen’s PowerTools, which is a set of gender mainstreaming tools, including its Exploring Power Dynamics (EPD) workshops, trainings on gender-based violence, community and intrahousehold dialogue methodologies and development of its safeguarding policies and tools.
