Tatiana Kalinina is Senior Analyst Sustainability and Impact for the Private Debt & Equity team at Triodos Investment Management, a global Impact investor based in the Netherlands. With over 14 years of experience working in financial sector, Tatiana focuses on Sustainability and Impact management of the financial inclusion funds. The area of expertise includes assessment and measurement of sustainability of financial institutions, ESMS and ESG aspects as well as impact. In the past several years one of the important focus points were development and implementation of policies, process and tooling for SFDR reporting, portfolio decarbonisation and biodiversity, as these are the priority areas for Triodos Investment management and it’d funds. Tatiana has experience in Risk and CDD&KYC areas as well. She holds a master’s degree in Political Science and Economics of Development from the University of Amsterdam.
