Oxana Bînzaru is the Regional Director for the European Eastern Neighbourhood Region and Romania at Finance in Motion, a leading impact asset manager with nearly EUR 4.0 billion in assets under management across 9 impact investment funds, including the European Fund for Southeast Europe (EFSE).
Oxana manages the debt investments in financial institutions with focus on micro, small and medium enterprise finance, housing finance as well as green topics such as energy efficiency, renewable energy, and climate change mitigation. In addition, she is engaged in providing tailored technical assistance for partner institutions and sector stakeholders to foster institutional development, achieve impact, promote responsible finance and contribute to the development of the entrepreneurship ecosystem. Prior to joining Finance in Motion, Oxana worked for the National Bank of Moldova in the Banking Regulation and Supervision Department.
