Tamara Campero, Investments Manager at Oxfam Novib, oversees the organization's impact investments. She's responsible for developing investment strategies and product designs and for their implementation. Building climate resilience for vulnerable, underserved communities, especially women and small landholders, is central to her work and her career motto.
With over 20 years of professional experience in impact investing, Mrs. Campero has worked with impact-driven funds, commercial banks, and development organizations. Her areas of expertise include climate risk finance, financial inclusion, and risk management, among others. Mrs. Campero holds a degree in economics and is originally from Bolivia. She is fluent in Spanish, English, and Dutch, and is currently based in The Hague, the Netherlands.
