Ana Kentera has been Chief Executive Officer since 2015. She began her career in Alter Modus in 2000 holding the position of Finance Manager, and later on became Chief Finance and Legal Officer. With a years-long experience in micro-financing and formal education in law and financial management she has contributed to development of MFI Alter Modus in fields of managing processes, improvement of organizational structure, business planning and financial modelling. She has attended renowned international trainings in field of micro-crediting. She recognizes strong customer focus, quality in operations and high ethical standards as key factors for successful business on the long run.
