He possesses a solid background in consulting and project management, specializing in gender and diversity, financial inclusion, impact investment with a gender lens, and sustainable finance. At Pro Mujer, he previously held the role of Coordinator of the Gender Knowledge Lab and has also worked as a Project Manager in the Business Development department, where he contributed to various initiatives geared towards empowering women and promoting inclusive financial practices.
