Kwame is the lead for Sustainable Finance at Fidelity Bank based in Accra, Ghana. He manages the Bank’s strategic partnerships with development partners and international funders, helping to define and execute strategy and project implementation. He has more than 15 years of development finance experience in investment advisory, fundraising and consulting across Sub-Saharan Africa. Previously, Kwame worked as an investment professional at the International Finance Corporation (IFC) facilitating investments and advisory services in West Africa across several sectors including financial services, education, and agribusiness. Kwame serves as West Africa chair for Vassar College’s Alumni & Admissions Program and is an alumni mentor for Sponsors for Educational Opportunity (SEO Africa), a US-based non-profit providing career opportunities for minorities and under-privileged youth. Kwame holds a B.A. in Economics from Vassar College, New York.
