In this workshop led by Amarante Consulting, participants will explore how organizations —whether investors, fintechs, financial service providers, consultants and others— can think about impact as more than just a box to tick, but as a core element of their strategy and operations.

Participants will learn what it means to truly embed impact into the DNA of an organization, navigating cross-cutting challenges such as managing stakeholder expectations and aligning impact goals with institutional priorities. The workshop will also look into how different organizations are approaching impact management, relevant regulatory frameworks, and the common roadblocks encountered along the way.

By sharing stories, experiences, and perspectives, participants will gain new insights into the evolving practice of impact management—understanding not just the theory of impact management, but how it can shape stronger, more resilient organizations.
