Amélie Germette has been working in the social microfinance sector for over 10 years. She joined the French NGO Entrepreneurs du Monde in 2014 to support the development of its incubated microfinance institutions in Haiti, West Africa and Southeast Asia, aiming to improve the living conditions of the most vulnerable (women, small producers, slum dwellers, etc.) through a wide range of financial and non-financial products and services. Amélie Germette is based in Luxembourg and punctually travels to areas of operations to facilitate MFI supervision, team training and fundraising matters.
